Take a peek at Jennifer Aniston’s recently redone midcentury mansion in Bel Air
The Bel Air home of actress and midcentury architecture fan Jennifer Aniston and husband Justin Theroux began its life as a 1965 A. Quincy Jones house. But when Aniston bought the property in 2011, it had just been renovated by the architect Frederick Fisher, and Aniston found that the makeover didn’t mesh with her tastes, Architectural Digest notes in a tour of the celebrity couple’s residence that was published online today. “Aesthetically, it was the furthest thing from what I wanted,” she tells AD. “But I immediately had the sense that it could work. It’s hard to describe, but I felt a connection.”

Harry Styles Cut $500,000 Off His Hollywood Hills Home
Harry Styles isn’t giving up on making a profit in the Hollywood Hills. He is, however, lowering his hopes on just how big that profit will be. Styles originally listed his four-bedroom house, perched above the Sunset Strip, for $8.45 million in May 2017. It was a big increase from the $6.87 million he paid for the 4,401-square-foot home less than one year prior, in June 2016. At the time, listing broker Justin P. Huchel of Hilton & Hyland informed The Wall Street Journal that the high price was due to renovations Styles completed and the “strong market” in Los Angeles.
