Spring has arrived in Los Angeles and with it comes another season of fabulous outdoor dining. Yes, I know it’s almost always outdoor dining weather in Los Angeles, but with the recent daylight savings time change and the gradual increase in temperatures, now seemed a good time to share some of my favorite al fresco restaurants in town with the best patio gardens, terraces, decks, breezes, and views.
A-Frame, Culver City – Hawaiian soul food with a Los Angeles outlook, this restaurant’s patio dining is done communal table style, so don’t be afraid to say hello to your neighbor.
The Alcove, Los Feliz – Hipsters pack the patio of this cozy counter-serve bungalow famed for American eats & craft drinks.
A.O.C., Third Street – This eye-catching eatery’s courtyard furnishes premium Californian-French small plates & fine wines.
Baltaire, Brentwood – A contemporary restaurant with classic genes, Baltaire is the best Los Angeles Steakhouse where you can enjoy lunch in the sun and dinner under the stars.
Café Gratitude, Larchmont Village – You are amazing. Café Gratitude is a collection of 100% organic plant-based restaurants specializing in gourmet cuisines.
Cliff’s Edge, Silver Lake – Like a magical enchanted forest, the gorgeous, romantic rambling patio with masses of foliage makes this Californian eatery a popular dining destination.
Commissary, Koreatown – Set in a greenhouse, this vegetable-centric spot in the Line Hotel offers Pan-Asian fare all day.
