Ivory on Sunset; A Gorgeous Addition to LA’s Culinary Scene

Happy 2016! A gorgeous new restaurant officially opened its doors on New Year’s Eve. Created by celebrity chef Brian Malarkey, Ivory on Sunset is a wonderful addition to Los Angeles’s culinary scene. The indoor/outdoor concept, the light filled patios, and the sweeping city views create one of the most beautiful dining experiences. You have to check this place out.

Located inside the Mondrian Hotel, longtime home of legendary Hollywood bar Skybar, Ivory will satisfy those looking for delicious California cuisine, sky high cityscapes, and craft cocktails. Oh, and perhaps the best thing about Ivory on Sunset? They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The space has been flawlessly renovated and designed by the Built, Inc. team. There are several dining areas, a number of bars, and many small alcoves if you’re here to eat or to grab a drink with a friend or a large party.

There’s no word yet on whether or not there will be live entertainment, but with that grand piano centerpiece we can only hope.

Inspired by Hollywood’s golden age and timeless glamour, Ivory on Sunset promises to deliver hamachi crudo, crispy branzino, Sonoma brick oven duck, and much more. The bar offers an extensive wine and beer list, plus signature cocktails like the Sunset Standard, Achilles Peel, Ancient Mariner, and Punch Drunk Love.

Ivory on Sunset is located in the Mondrian Los Angeles at 8440 Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Reservations can be made here.
